Jess’ debut feature film about the first ever esports team made of players with quadriplegia (QUAD GODS) premiered in the Documentary Competition at the Tribeca Festival 2024 before its debut on HBO/Max. Her other credits include a 5 episode docu-series for Topic (Hacking Health) and a short film that premiered on PBS about her grandfather, a fisherman on the Chesapeake Bay, (Waterman).

As an advertising producer, jess has worked staff and freelance with many agencies such as BBDO, 72andSunny, Saatchi&Saatchi, VCCP, McCann Erickson, Said Differently.
